In recognition of his profound and enduring impact on the real estate sector, Mr. PNC Menon, Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Sobha Group, has been bestowed with the prestigious ‘Lifetime Achievement of the Year’ award at the 4th Edition of The Economic Times Real Estate Awards 2025 (National Edition). This honour adds to his distinguished list of accolades, including the ‘Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Puraskar’ presented by the President of India.

The award function was held on March 11, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency, New Delhi. The event commenced with keynote addresses from Anand Kumar, Chairman of Delhi RERA, and Sanjay R. Bhoosreddy, Chairman of Uttar Pradesh RERA. The ceremony honoured excellence in the real estate sector, recognising top performers, innovative projects, and industry leaders.
